Energy Vampires??

 Have you often felt, talking with a person, you feel drained? You feel tired after a discussion with a person? It feels like they suck your energy out, leaving you exhausted, fatigued and foggy. These people are the Energy Vampires....

On the hand, have you spoken to some people, who uplift you, recharge you, get you all pumped, enthusiastic and happy. Talking to such people makes you smile and you find opportunities to speak to them. These are the Energy Rechargers...

Energy is the currency of life. For all life to exist, Energy, Prana or Chi has to be there in the organism and circulating. Once Energy or Prana goes out, organism or Life ends...

We all have Energy or Prana running in our body which makes us to be alive and exist. Energy inside us is finite but recirculating and recharging. 

Energy Vampires draw our energy out, leaving us fatigued,drained and tired. Energy Rechargers or magnetic people recharge us and our energies, make us happy, upbeat and wanting to go back to them again and again...

There exists a pathway of energy in our body. These are called Chakras or Energy centers in our body. These Chakras number seven in our human body. Along with these, there are two Meridians or pathways for flow of energy. 

There is a subtle flow of energy or Energetics happening in our body. If the Energy Centers and flow is right, Life feels great. If not, we become imbalanced, disease-ridden.

Ice-cream or Candle?

 In life's journey, about 50% people are Icecreams, 20% people are Candles and the rest 30% are in-between. Most of us have tasted icecream. Icecream is delicious, lip-smacking, until it melts. Then it is gone. A momentary pleasure, a tribute to Hedonism.  Most people are like Icecream, enjoy as much as possible until it lasts.
